Cancellation Policy

At The Haven Hair Spa, we understand that sometimes plans change.

To help us manage appointments and provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited and will not be refunded.
• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit their deposit.
